Many European governments are investing in online to substitute expensive in-person, physical interactions. Copenhagen estimates that a face-to-face interaction costs 27 times more than digital self-service.

Mehis Sihvart, director of the Estonian Centre for Registers and Information Systems adds comment. He confirms there is a huge demand for e-services among citizens. This is unsurprising given the ease and convenience that digital can offer. But your business should take note- your clients want digital.
People have no patience for paper processes. They are used to interacting socially through online and mobile devices. They expect to be able to deal with businesses in the same way. So meet your clients’ expectations, and update your processes.
